Booking terms

These booking terms apply to reservations made through the Maxel Tour website. The description, price, availability, meeting instructions, and cancellation policy shown for the selected experience form part of your booking.

Booking and confirmation

You must provide complete and accurate traveler and contact information. A card booking is confirmed when payment succeeds. A reserve-and-pay-later request remains pending until Maxel Tour confirms the booking and payment arrangements. Keep your booking reference and check the confirmation details promptly.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are checked again when the booking is submitted. Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Where reserve and pay later is offered, payment instructions will be confirmed separately. Any additional cost not listed as included remains the traveler’s responsibility.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

The cancellation policy displayed for the booked experience determines whether a change, cancellation, or refund is available. Requests should be sent as soon as possible and must include the booking reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for checking dates, times, meeting points, age rules, accessibility information, identification requirements, and other instructions before arrival. Late arrival, missing documents, or failure to follow venue or operator rules may result in refused entry without a refund.

Experience providers and changes

Experiences may be delivered by Maxel Tour or by a verified independent provider. Routes, guides, start times, or included activities may change when reasonably necessary because of safety, venue restrictions, weather, transport disruption, or events outside the operator’s control. If a material change or cancellation occurs, Maxel Tour will provide the available alternatives or refund options.
